Superintendent
Description:
As the Superintendent you will work with Owners, Engineers, and Project Managers to ensure plans and specifications are adhered to and timelines are met.
Responsibilities:
- From planning to completion, oversee all phases of construction
- Supervising and coordinating activities of labor, subcontractors and deliveries
- Comply with local safety guidelines/procedures as well as SECI policy and procedures
- Reading and interpreting specifications and plans
- Schedule inspections as needed
- Communicate with plant personnel to ensure minimal disturbance to normal routines during construction
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in Heavy/Civil Construction
- Preferred Experience:
- Municipal/Utility/Water & Wastewater experience
- Cast-in-place concrete
- Mechanical joint and flange piping
- Process equipment installation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
- Ability to use basic computer software applications
- Must be willing to work throughout Alabama and Georgia
Forman
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience at foreman level
- Or 6 years of experience as:
- Lead carpenter
- Equipment operator
- Pipe Fitter
- Must be willing to work throughout Alabama and Georgia

Project Manager
Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects from pre-construction through contract closeout, assist with estimating and perform some field engineering on projects throughout Alabama and Georgia. The ideal candidate ensures the safe completion while adhering to the project schedule and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
- Examining and inspecting work progress
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience as a project manager
- Preferred Experience:
- Municipal/Utility Construction
- Water & Wastewater
- Knowledge in estimating
- Experience with project budgeting and scheduling
- Field experience required
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
Project Coordinator
Description:
Project Coordinators provide general office support in the collection, distribution and tracking of project data. Strong time management and organizational skills are a must. The Project Coordinator may work independently or may support Project Managers on assignments
Responsibilities:
- Organize and obtain quotes from vendors for upcoming bids
- Obtain bonds and insurance
- Fulfill bid requirements per specifications
- Process Contract Documents
- Write purchase orders and subcontracts
- Obtain and process submittal documents
- Properly log transmittals throughout the project
- Update files and ensure compliance with document management protocols
- Weekly payroll and distribute to multiple job sites
- Submit Certified Payroll as needed
- Maintain weekly labor reports
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction administration or related fields
- Preferred Experience:
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Sage 50 Accounting Software
- Willingness to learn additional skills to support project teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Assistant Project Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Basic knowledge of plan reading
- Knowledge in estimating
- Proficiency in various software tools including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
